LUG Meetings

Meet up with Montana Linux people on IRC. We currently gather at the #ubuntu-montana room on the freenode network. Stop in and say "hello" or even ask/answer some questions. Don't have to be a Ubuntu user either. Or use the web-based chat client.

Hello, My name is Duane Elrod II, I would like to be put on your mailing list. I'm new to the whole linux system and would like any info possible. I am interested in put linux on my laptop and possible get rid of windows vista and go back to XP. A friend of mine at work has mentioned it a number of times I see it used in movies and such. But I was wanting to take a serious look at the possiblities that having a linux system on my laptop might hold.
